We retired to Upper Poppleton in 2015 having spent many years in the Netherlands. Our children live in the area so Upper Poppleton provided an ideal and lovely location in which to live.
I have always been involved in the communities where we lived and worked. I joined the Parish Council in late 2019 as it is an ideal way to continue with my community interests.
I hope to use my experience for the village which is now our home.
