The minutes of the Parish Council Planning meeting held on 17 March, having been circulated prior to the meeting, were approved and signed.

(b) To note Local Authority Planning Decisions
It was noted that the Local Planning Authority had approved the following applications –
• Ref: 24/02319/FUL – Single-storey rear extensions, conversion of detached garage to habitable space, installation of solar panels to rear projection and erection of detached double carport and store to rear yard at 28 Church Lane, YO2 6LB.
• Ref: 25/00116/FUL – Two and single-storey rear extension and demolition of outbuildings at Priory House, 2 Main Street, YO26 6HS.
• Ref: 25/00117/LBC – External works including two and single-storey rear extension and demolition of outbuildings at Priory House, 2 Main Street, YO26 6HS.
• Ref: 25/00200/TCA – Fell 4no. trees in a Conservation Area in the Moat Fields, Church Lane.
(c) To note an update on the development behind the Lord Nelson
It was noted that for over a year there has been a large hole dug by the contractor for access to services. This is sometimes protected by a barrier but frequently the barrier is down. There is concern that this is an accident waiting to happen. The Highways and City of York Council should be informed.
25/090 – TO RECEIVE A REPORT FROM THE LISTED BUILDINGS WORKING GROUP
There was no further progress on the information given to the Parish Council. Cllr. Harper will try again to make contact with the Local List within the City of York Council and York Civic Trust to progress the work already completed.
