Upper Poppleton Parish Council now requires anyone who wishes to use the Green for reasons including but not restricted to the items listed to complete a “Use of the Green” form: –
Placing skips on the grass for building, renovation etc.
Shows, exhibitions or celebrations including stalls tents, gazebos and fencing
Music and lighting
Anything of a commercial nature
